White can be seen all over many of the runway shows of NYFW. The crisp clean hue is going to be very popular for Spring/ Summer 15 as expected. This light color is easily paired with other colors and patterns and helps us keep cool in the warmer months. Whether it is the background of a print or being rocked solo, welcome this color into your new wardrobe.
Bright colors, rich fabrics and complex geometrical shapes have taken a stand and were heavily welcomed into 2015’s newest collections. The Artisanal trend explores embroidery, crafts, appliqué, embellishmen and 3-D florals. These elements are not only seen in clothing pieces, but shoes, handbags and jewelry as well.
3) AVANT POP
Avant pop has to be one of our favorite trends, This trend consists of bold prints, animated colors, abstract art and daring fabric manipulation. There’s one word to describe this trend and that is F-U-N! Beautiful colors and prints always make for outstanding outfits in the Summer and Spring, so it’s no surprise runways were flooded with this trend during NYFW.
Streamline or what we like to call “simple chic” is a classic trend that never goes out of style. During NYFW there were many collections that included minimalist design with straight and clean lines. The ultra modern appeal of these designs give the wearer a sleek and sophisticated silhouette. These designs are accompanied by the season’s hottest colors which will be blue, crimson, yellow and light rose.
Can’t wait until spring peeks its warm head out and we get to strut our stuff in the latest trends
