Stars were dazzling throughout Hollywood Monday night and making their way to the Think Like A Man Too premiere event. The female stars of the films gave us FACE,STYLE AND BODY, no like BAAAAWWWDDYYY and the men were not far behind in their crisp designer duds. 20 More Women Are Abducted In Northern Nigeria #BringBackOurGirls

#BringBackOurGirls  #WorlwideIssues #WomenDOMatter

At least 20 women were abducted by armed men (suspected to be Boko Haram members). The women were taken from the Garkin Fulani settlement in northeastern Nigeria. This act has left this small community traumatizedImage.

Nigeria is still in a solemn state as it has been almost 2 months since 274 school girls remain missing. These young women were abducted from their boarding school in northern Nigeria by the terrorist group, Boko Haram on April 14, 2014. Western education and culture is despised by these extremists and they are responsible for several attacks on civilians in the northern area of Nigeria. The 19 day late action of the nation’s president, Goodluck Jonathan  has been under serious criticism . Since the world has taken interest in the abduction of the young Nigerian women awareness has grown for the standing issue of women’s rights. Unfortunately these young women are still being held captive while their families are suffering with their absence. These young women are being held against their will because of their desire to be educated and pave a road of success for their families. There have been multiple protests for the return of the girls worldwide and hopefully these efforts can spark the action of the Nigerian government and allies of the country to do all in their power to return the girls to their families.

If we continue to allow these events to occur without steadfast action and result more and more girls will be abducted and used as leverage for groups who aim to terrorize communities. Standing up and defending  what is right and just will show everyone that the act of abducting and terrorizing communities is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. We here at Tribe Appeal hope all of the women being abducted by these groups around the world will be returned to their homes safely and swiftly.
