One of the great things about being an African is that our fashion is so eccentric and unique to our culture. The beautiful ankara and wax prints may be imitated in other countries, but the style that is birthed from these fabrics can not be duplicated. When women want go grab a gown, outfit, or accessory with these fabrics we are not lucky enough to run to a store and pick up what we want. We must have our wax print products personally made and this gives us great room for creative control.
